A northern California man earlier this month filed a class action lawsuit against Kraft Foods, which alleged that the company's Capri Sun juice contained artificial ingredients despite its label as "all-natural."

The filing on behalf of Yuri Osborne said that Capri Sun included "unnatural ingredients" including citric acid and "natural flavor." The lawsuit seeks $5 million in damages, court costs and class status for consumers that purchased Capri Sun over the past four years.
